The operating rules for cleaning the LCD screen before PR are as follows:

  (1) Turn off the power of the washing machine, drain all the cleaning liquid and pure water in the tank, clean the broken glass inside the body, clean the wall of the tank and the dirt in the body with a dust-free cloth, including the air cutting room, the air cooling room, and use alcohol Or water scrubbing machine transfer wheel, rubber roller, spray pipe cover.

  (2) Carefully scrub the air knife with alcohol, dry the heating transfer wheel and the inner wall of the transmission part.

  (3) After thoroughly flushing the entire washing line with pure water to clean, all tanks are filled with DI water and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is added. The amount of hydrogen peroxide added refers to the technical specifications, and the system is turned off after 2 hours of cycling, and all the circulating water in the tank is drained.

  (4) Rinse the whole washing line with pure water again until it is clean, then add DI water to circulate for 2 hours, drain the circulating water, replace all the filter elements (5UM) in total, 5 in total, (1UM) in total, fill up the DI water cycle Shut down after 2 hours.

  (5) Drain all the circulating water in the tank. After flushing with pure water for the third time, drain all the circulating water in the tank, fill up with DI water, prepare the cleaning solution, circulate for 10 minutes, and start cleaning the glass. The washing machine is cleaned every 2 to 3 weeks and is completed by the workshop workers. The quality control PQA checks and records, and the abnormal conditions are cleaned in time.

  (6) The replacement of the filter element and the cleaning solution is completed by the production workers, confirmed by IPQC and recorded as required, and replaced in time for abnormal conditions.

  (7) Using the cycle time of the washing machine, disassemble the side door baffle under the washing machine, clean the lower part of the washing machine, and install the baffle after cleaning.
